Extrem schlechter Service leider. Man bekommt nur eine allgemeine pdf zugeschickt worin Standard Dinge, die nicht Zuviel gegeben werden können, aufgelistet werden. Ich habe das dann meiner Tierärztin vorgelegt, welche netterweise eine email an GenoLine geschickt hat, um die Werte meiner Hündin nachzufragen (die bekommt man nämlich nicht). Wir haben dann nur eine kryptische Nachricht bekommen, dass GenoLine die Werte nicht rausgeben darf. Ohne diese Werte weiß man aber nicht, ob der Hund wirklich einen Mangel hat, welche Werte gut sind, etc. Meine Tierärztin hat dort dann angerufen und nochmals die Werte meiner Hündin erfragt. Nach eine weiteren kryptischen Antwort wurde uns am Telefon gesagt, dass und unser Geld zurücküberwiesen wird. Ich habe die Vermutung, dass es keine Werte gibt und das keine Laboruntersuchung stattfindet. Wirklich schade und auch extrem ärgerlich, da mehr oder weniger versprochen wird, das dem Hund geholfen werden kann. Leider nicht vertrauenswürdig und nicht zu empfehlen!!
Ich kann durch den Test meinen Hund mit den passenden Zusätzen im Barf gesund ernähren. Habe den Test auch für mich selber auch bestellt.

Anfangs war ich etwas enttäuscht über die spärliche Aussage, aber im Nachhinein war es doch h sehr hilfreich. Ich konnte den Hund unter Zuführung der fehlenden Stoffe gesundheitlich weiterbringen. Es geht aufwärts und das zählt. Vielen Dank dafür.
